All prices are displayed in your selected currency at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable shipping costs and—where available—VAT or import duties prepaid under our DDP arrangements.
5. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where payment cannot be processed, product availability changes, or fraud is suspected.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders via trusted global partners (4PX, YunExpress, Aramex, DHL, and others).
Delivery times vary by region; estimated timeframes are listed in our Shipping Policy.
Where DDP service is used, we pre-pay import VAT and duties.
If a destination requires the customer to pay import charges (DDU), those are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier issues beyond our control.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All requests for returns or refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You must contact us within the applicable time window stated there.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t entered fulfillment.
8. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep product and pricing information accurate but errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
9. Third-Party Services
Certain services (payments, fulfillment, logistics) are provided by third parties such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Sup Dropshipping, and international couriers.
We are not responsible for their content, actions, or policies.

However, consumers in the EU, UAE, India, or GCC retain any non-waivable rights provided under their local consumer protection laws.
