Shipping Policy (Dropshipping Model)

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are verified, processed, and transmitted to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days after payment.
Because items are shipped directly from suppliers, orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Origin and Method
We fulfill orders from trusted international partners, primarily in China, through dropshipping.
Shipments are made using global couriers such as 4PX, YunExpress, Aramex, DHL Express, and others.
Whenever available, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service — meaning import VAT and duties are prepaid by us.
If DDP is unavailable, delivery is made under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms, and the customer may be asked to pay local taxes or duties upon delivery.

Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to customs or local courier handling.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer:

Free Shipping (All Taxes Included) on most orders, or

Flat-rate or express options shown at checkout.
All final costs are visible before payment — no hidden charges.
5. Tracking and Updates
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update.
6. Multiple Shipments
Because we work with several suppliers, items from the same order may ship separately.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers where applicable.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your delivery address. We cannot refund or reship orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Lost / Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (45 for remote regions), contact contact@meukgroup.com with your order number.
We will liaise with our fulfillment partner to locate or resend your package.
9. Customs and Duties
For DDP shipments → all import fees are paid by us.
For DDU shipments → customers are responsible for any local import fees.
