Refund & Return Policy (Dropshipping Model)

1. Eligibility Window

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For hygiene and logistics reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal care or intimate items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Perishables or digital goods

2. Return Procedure

1️⃣ Contact contact@meukgroup.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
2️⃣ Our team will review the request and provide return instructions. Because fulfillment is handled internationally, returns are usually sent to our Chinese or regional warehouse.
3️⃣ Once we confirm receipt and inspection, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect → we cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.) → the customer is responsible for return shipping to our designated warehouse.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been transmitted to our supplier.
After that, the order is locked for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or with missing components, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or wrong items. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Health & hygiene goods

  • Clearance or final-sale items
